Our Story
Born out of lockdown
Out of lockdown came a light…and it was all the colours of the Rainbow! Like many families up and down the country, lockdown hit us hard.
One of the only things we could still do as a family to keep a sense of normality in our daily routine was to take our dog out for a walk. Like most ideas, the idea for Love Luminaires came out of the blue. Walking past houses around our local area in Cheshire, our daughter, Olivia, noticed a whole host of paper rainbows in windows and said how pretty they all looked!
That observation from our child’s imagination gave husband and wife team Phil & Teresa an idea to create a neon version of the countless children’s drawings of rainbows across the UK.
Our dream is to see our Rainbow of Light in every window, shining bright in support for the NHS and keyworkers all across the country. A sign for hope and positivity, lighting the way out of lockdown for everyone!
